Repair Order - cannot get shipping labels

I created a repair order as my xbox is currently under warranty and will not turn on. At the end of the process it advises that an email with further steps and a shipping label has been sent but I do not have an email. Is it something that takes a little
while or should it be fairly soon after? When I go into my current repair orders section the option to click to get shipping labels is not allowing me to click it. Any ideas or do I just need to wait longer?

Hey guys, just for future reference, when you place a repair/replacement order on your account, it can take up to 24 hours for you to received the first email notification with the order information and then on the second email, you'll be receiving the
shipping label.

I didn't get a shipping label to return my Kinect for repair ,I got a order receipt but on label for FedEx

I am very sorry for your problem, but I believe you need to contact Xbox support to be able to print the shipment, if you have already entered your order it is easier. I have placed an order for repair, and have paid for expedited shipping TWICE, and NOT ONCE has a shipping label been available to print. There is no information on where to send my console for repair, just a nice note in my Service Box that my order is
"In Process". Have spent many hours with the online support staff trying to get a shipping label, to no avail. Amazing to think that Microsoft has turned into a garden-variety internet scammer.
