    Repair order cancelled


    Send my Xbox 360 for repairs on 7th of October as it showed a single red light and (surprisingly) didn't work. Now noticed my payment was refunded and the repair order has been cancelled. That's ok, but wondering why was it cancelled and why no one has informed
    me of any changes?

    Tried to use the chat for support and first guy was helpful (Thank you Jason), but he suddenly disconnected and I got an SMS from Microsoft with cryptic support code. No idea what that support code is used or what it means (no help from Google or searching
    here). Tried to go to chat again and it wouldn't let me go there and asked me to call them in USA. Not going to make international call for this. The call and usual support waiting times would mean I could buy new Xbox one with that money (well almost anyway
    Repair order cancelled :) ).

    How can I contact Xbox 360 support without calling them in USA?

    Is there a email address I could use or working chat that don't disconnect me?

    What is that support code I got in SMS supposed to mean?

    Xbox repair

    I sent my Xbox of r repair a couple weeks ago. It now says my repair order has been cancelled. Anyone know what that means

    Xbox cancelled my repair after they recieved my console

    So i sent my xbox one in for repair on the 18 or so and yesterday i went to check the status of the order and it says cancelled. But my xbox is at the repair center and everything. It randomly switched to cancelled within the last 24 hours for reason?

    Has anyone else had this issue?

    Hey there, Gilwen73! I'm sorry to see that your repair was cancelled with no explanation. It appears that the service center received your console, however the serial number didn't match the repair order that was created. You will need to contact support
    via our Contact Us page to set up a repair order for the proper console. If your region is set to your proper region, once you select
    Xbox 360, select Games under Music, Video, Apps, & Games. Then you will get the option under
    Step 3 to REQUEST A CALL FROM SUPPORT.

    Be sure to mention that they should look at the repair order on the console it was originally created on for further instructions. You should have Service Request number in the email you received when you created the original order; that's the one they will
    want to check.

    I am sincerely sorry about the confusion and delayed repair for your console. I do hope we will be able to sort it out once you contact us via phone support! Repair order cancelled :)

    my xbox was sent to microsoft to be repaired and they have cancelled the repair without me approving it. the tray to my xbox360 is not working at all .

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on repair order. When a order is cancelled, there is a wait time to submit another repair. Think it is 24 hours. So you will need to wait until then to submit a repair again.
