In the past 7 weeks I’ve had over a dozen interactions with the xbox chat and phone helpline regarding a repair or replace service order which was received at the Microsoft service centre on the 2nd of February.

During these conversations I’ve been misinformed, lied to, mocked and hanged upon. The service I’ve received these last weeks is simply the worst I’ve ever encountered in the last 30 years. Never a company, small or large, has placed so little
value in my legitimate requests after been sold a defective product. It is simply shameful.

I don’ know how much longer this will take but I need to say that this Xbox will be the last Microsoft product, hardware or software, i ever purchase.

https://myservice.xbox.com for repair request issues in the future as it should save you any hassles.
