Repair of Sculpt Mouse

Hi all.

I have a problem with my Sculpt mouse and need to contact manufacturer support for repair.

I am in the Netherlands.

The problem is that when I call the support number from the website, the robot lady says I need to go to the website and do everything digitally. No problem. I opened https://support.microsoft.com/ and tried to find anything, but no luck. I logged in to the system, it says you need to register your device to get support.

Then it requires the serial number of my mouse or Sculpt set, but there are no serial numbers. I cannot find any serial numbers on the mouse, in the mouse, on the keyboard, or in the keyboard.

Please help me find the serial numbers on the Sculpt Ergonomic Keyboard and Mouse set and how to contact manufacturer support for repair. The warranty card says that I have 3 years of warranty, and my set is still under warranty, but how to use it?

For the keyboard, it should be on the underside, underneath the barcode.

For the mouse, it's what DJ said I think; there's a label in the battery compartment with a barcode on it, and it's underneath that. It says it's a "PID" though, so I'm not sure if that's the serial number, but there's no other number shown.

It's likely also on the box somewhere, assuming you still have that.

Have you checked the battery compartment as thats one place they put Serial Numbers for wireless accessories?

LOS Reaper's trick doesn't work with my Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic Mouse. Gutted. I NEED a wireless mouse & keyboard connection. IE via the controller is a nasty experience.
