Repair issues and E-label printing

Hi guys,

I have an issue in trying to get a COD controller repaired with Microsoft support, they log a job which is fine and say an Aus Post E-label will be sent to your e-mail to attach and send back. But the only e-mail that I get is from "Temando" and states they
are "Organizing" a label for me but nothing ever turns up, I have tried 4 times with support and once myself but there seems no way around these "Temando" douchebags

who have terrible reviews here in Aus.

Any Ideas????

PRINTING LABEL

Once you create a repair order, they would send you a shipping label through email, probably as an attachment. Check your spam/junk folders in case you don't see it in your inbox. You can also check here: Create Xbox Console or Kinect Service Order | Xbox Repair

It is probably best to contact Xbox Support (choose phone or chat) if you encounter technical problems with printing your label: Contact Us | Xbox Support

Some email clients consolidate multiple emails from the same sender into one, so it could be that the second email from Temando is connected to the first one. I know Gmail does this, but it will depend on the email address you are using.

Try checking it again and see if there's another section at the bottom of that email that contains the second email with the label.

So what do we do if you cannot open the email to print the e-label when you receive it, and there is not an option to re print the shipping label.

when you say it wont let you print a shipping label, are there any errors? if you have created a device repair can you try a different browser to see if it will let you then print a label?

Either way you'd need to print the label that they provide as it has the repair order number on it. If you have not received the email to the address associated with your gamertag (be sure to check your spam folders) then you can print the label from the
Repairs page.

Help with your existing repair order. What I personally would recommend to do as far as printing the shipping label is if there is a local library or friends house that the shipping label can be printed at I'd swing by and attempt to print it.
