    Ive started a repair order for my elite series 2 pad however i haven't been told where to send it or how?? No Email no nothing??

    It says send within 30 days ? HOW!?!?

    You should contact your Xbox customer service. They can help you out with this.

    They should send you a prepaid label and you can find packing instructions here. If you haven't gotten a prepaid label and it's been over 24 hours, contact support. http://support.xbox.com.com/contact-us You'll want to look for the options to request a call back or chat with support. If you don't see those options, change your category/topic until you do. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
