Repair for my elite controller series 2 not needing to be returned.

Well, if this is being shown to you on the device page, no way to be a scam. I have never seen this happen, but this looks like legit and you will probably receive a replacement.

Thank you for the quick reply, I thought this was strange too.

The service request page states under shipping method "No action required" and the email I received just states that I'll receive an email when my device has been sent.

When I requested the return I entered thumbstick issues and then entered further details (thumbstick drift) in the box below that.

It appears something is being sent out to me, but I don't know what. And I checked it wasn't replacement accessories (thumbsticks, paddles ect) as this option was considerably cheaper than the one I've just paid for.

I have never seen people receiving other controller without needing to send the faulty one back. Is this showing on the service request page or did you receive an email stating this?

your elite series 2 need repair...

about elite series 2, I think this has more problem....

I have 2 elite series 2, my rubber knobs on the hair trigger locks came off too.

And My 'A' button is very bad..

The elite controller series one did have a few faults but did have a good repair back up system but the stronger one is the series 2.
