    Hello!

    My name is DarthDonut1204. Recently, my Xbox one controller fell off my counter where I keep it when not using it and it smashed on the floor. The LB button is pushed in the controller and cannot be pressed down, while the RB controller is simply malfunctioning
    and doesn't work properly. I would have no clue on how to fix the damage and was wondering if a Microsoft store nearby could take in the controller and repair it. If you have an answer and/or more information to help, please reply as soon as possible. Thank

    Right trigger malfunctioning

    If the controller is still under guarantee and has has not been dropped or damaged you could send it for repair.

    If not under guarantee you can request and exchange/repair of your current controller but the price difference between this and a new controller you could just purchase a new one and keep this one for a spare or when you have friends around.

    I don't think the Microsoft Stores do repairs on Xbox hardware. You can always call a store and ask anyway.

    Microsoft doesnt repair controllers. It's simple, if is in warranty they get you a new one, if not only buying a new one. Thats the Microsoft policy for damaged controllers.

    Looks like something in the controller is damaged. If you dont have warranty available you will need to buy a new one. Microsoft doesn't repair controllers.
