    Repair for Elite Controller


    Hi. I sent back my Elite Controller (it was under warranty) for repair on 6th July. Having checked UPS tracking, it was delivered on 8th July . However I never received an email from Microsoft to confirm receipt. and I cannot find any information on my
    account under that device of it's whereabouts and it just says no issues found. How can I find out where it is? Tried calling Microsoft but no options for repairs or general enquiries. TIA
