    Hi! I sent off my Xbox series X for repair a couple of days ago and UPS delivered the parcel to the warehouse today, it’s been several hours since it’s been delivered and still no confirmation email and the repair status hasn’t been updated, just curious as to how long it’ll take until I get an email from Microsoft?

    Hi! Yeah the UPS tracking says delivered about 7-8 hours ago, should Microsoft have sent me an email by now?

    It may take some time for the order status to update. If you don't receive any emails you can still track the repair status in this path.

    To check your order status at any time:

    Sign in to the Device services https://account.microsoft.com/devices/select-de... site with your Microsoft account credentials.

    Select the device that’s associated with your service request.

    Select Repair Order at the bottom of the page. The status of your order will appear.

    Regarding your question, sometimes it takes a bit of time for the status to be updated on the website. However, you could try checking your tracking number, or contact our support for more information Contact us | Xbox Support.

    Hi, emails can take a few hours or longer to be sent. If you do not get it by tomorrow, then you should contact Xbox support so they can send you a new email.

    Microsoft will not repair console-Falsely claimed as a tampered device

    No, not used. They claimed that they sent an email stating the reason why they were not repairing it but I haven't received an email from them and they can not tell me on the phone. The individual my husband spoke to said they could not re send the email
    and they do not know why it was not repairable anymore
