    Repair email and instructions


    Hi

    I created a request for an Xbox one S repair under warranty this morning.

    The end of the process said an email had been generated with a label to print and further instructions.

    I have not received any email (have checked my junk folder too).

    How long do these emails usually take to come through? Is there any way to request that it be re-sent?

    Thanks for asking a really great question! I know it can be difficult sometimes when sending in any electronic device for servicing or repair, but no worries, we have got your back! If you've already set up the repair order from our site, then a label will
    be sent to you via email. You do need to get your own shipping box in order to send the console in for repair. Normally, the shipping instructions are sent along with the label email but you can also get

    shipping instructions    , as well as packing instructions, from our support site.

    Hi, emails can take a few hours or longer to be sent. If you do not get it by tomorrow, then you should contact Xbox support so they can send you a new email.

    Hey there IvoryCreator964.

    So long as you receive the label you can package up your Xbox One and take it to the carrier to ship it out. If you're worried about not receiving the instructions
    Phone/Chat support may be able to help you out with that.

    I think its just the console, but youll receive instructions from the Tech Team in the email they send you in regards to preparing to ship the console for repair.
