[Repair] ELITE controller

Hi,

Since few days I got an issue with my controller bought the 26 april 2016 from micromania.

When connected it acts like if the analogic stick were pushed on the right (or the multidirectional cross maybe)

I had the same issue the first day but micromania gave me another (working) controller in exchange.

Since it's still under guarantee (2yrs) how do I proceed for repair/replacement (serial 02680018965611 - not working for registration).

Opinions From People Regarding XB Controller Stick Tension?

I'd like to put myself out there are someone more interested in repair then modification. For a normal controller I'd just replace it if it broke but an elite controller is getting into the price range where repairs might make sense.

I need to send in my Xbox one elite controller to get fixed. At the device service and repair in the elite controller thing it wants to send me replace accessories not an actual
elite controller. There's a replacement standard controller. Do I use the standard replacement and I send my elite controller and they'll send me an elite controller or a standard? I'm just confused, am I overlooking something? I've read other post about broken
elite controllers but the answered ones just have a link to the Device service and repair page or something along the lines of that.

 

Last I checked, all controllers (standard and elite) have a manufacturer's warranty of 90 days... at least in the US.

I am not sure where you got 2 years, unless if you purchased any extended warranty from Micromania? I'd contact Micromania to see if they can help you with another exchange again, if that is the case.

In fact in France (and maybe Europe) there's a 2yr warranty.

Finally I've phoned them so everything is okay, just have to wait for a repair/replacement)
