    Repair Controller Out Of Warranty


    Hello,

    My son’s Forza Edition Xbox One controller has developed stick drift. I know it’s out of warranty but how do I get it repaired?

    I’ve registered the Xbox on my account and gone through the process but it stops at step 2 saying there is nothing available for me. I understand that it won’t be free but I can’t seem to request a repair at all. I would much rather retain the original controller
    than buy a replacement, unless it’s another Forza Edition.

    Is a paid official repair service available?

    There is no option to pay for repair. If the controller is out of warranty the OP would need to purchase a new controller

    Several controllers need repairs

    there are no repair options for the controllers / its replacement only

    You'd have to setup a repair for each controller and pay for shipping for each controller and ship them individually.

    And if they are out of warranty, then you're out of luck.
