    Hi all,

    So I sent off an Elite Controller Series 2 off to be repaired in Germany. Now I am assuming there is a longer wait than normal due to CO-VID 19 even though I haven't been notified and I totally understand that there maybe a long delay.

    My issue is that I know that the controller has been delivered, as I have been notify by UPS (this was 10 days ago), but when I check the repair order status it says "Your Package has arrived" with an amber timer symbol. So I am guessing they haven't processed
    it yet. It has been like this since I created the repair order.

    I am starting to get worried because the order states that the item must arrive within 30 days of when the order was created and accoding to the repair order it hasn't.

    So my question is has anyone had any experience with repair orders during the pandemic?

    I have tried contacting Microsoft. But as soon as an agent answers in cuts out or they hang up.

    Well by reading everyones replys seems they will still be fixed / swapped even if 30 days etc expires

    P.s this is the second time my controller been to br swapped ive picked up a xbox fusion pro controller too see me threw. Got it frpm symths toys for £40 , am v impressed

    Same here. We sent our elite controller on the 20/05 and its got an amber symbol on the arrived at location. Would just be nice for them to confirm it has arrived!! Im due to move house in a couple of weeks and am worried i wont be able to change my address
    with them before they send it back!

    Hi there.

    You are probably right in thinking there are delays as a result of the Coronavirus pandemic - the repair centre probably has a backlog of parcels of faulty products to get through with very limited staff.

    As long as you have proof of delivery then you'll be alright. I'd give it the full month before getting worried and contacting Xbox Support directly.

    I have the same issue, with my controller sent late in May. I'm also concerned that the support order will be cancelled after 30 days. Are you able to escalate this as it's not possible to get any customer support at the moment?
