repair center uk not working

trying to book my xboxonex in for repair but when i click on my console it just gets stuck on the words checking elegibility does the same on all browsers and via the xbox so what now as it seems next to impossible to talk to someone

And hopefully, someone who's actually working at the repair center, and not just an employee, are able to fix it this time.

The only authorized repair center for the 360 is Microsoft's repair center. Any entity that says otherwise is incorrect.

well that was a waste of time i phone uk support and get sent through to an american call center where hes totally unhelpful trying to blame some tech issues that are happening today even after telling him ive been trying for a week and getting fed up and
then after he says he will send me direct to a uk office it send me to some american exchange before cutting me off getting bored of this now cant email cant ring dont get put through to a agent etc etc

 

well trying to ring again today ive now been on hold for a hour listening to this poxy message over and over again shall i just throw my onex in the bin and go buy a playstation i mean a week now with no console and still cant talk to anyone

 

well after a week of trying to phone after a 35 min wait i finally got to talk to a useful human and got my onex collected and have had it returned in just over a week now my console was immaculate complete with the plastic protection still on the front
etc well they chose to remove that(fair enough) but my £450 console came back with 4 deep scratches on the top thanks guys
