Repair center lost my Elite Controllers D-pad and thumb sticks

Dear Microsoft / Xbox,

My elite controller was broken. I used chat to submit it for repair. I asked the employee if should include all the parts of my elite controller. He couldn't give me an answer and typed everything would be explained in the e-mail. After reading the e-mail
and clicking a link I read on your website that for an elite controller it includes all the paddles and other parts. So I included those.

After getting my controller back for repair (including all the parts I sent in) I found that it my controller had stick drift and later the charging port broke. So I sent it in for repair again. Only this time I didn't get back all the parts I sent in. So
I contacted chat support again and they said they'd contact the repair center.

Yesterday I received an email that I shouldn't have send in the parts and that I won't be receiving replacements either...

I don't understand how you can treat your customers this way. On the website it says include parts, you send them in because of that and then say to bad, you shouldn't have send them???

Please send me my missing parts. Tnx!

I've bought the Xbox One Elite Bundle recently too and I've noticed a slight aim dragging that's been going on with my elite controller. My right thumb stick would drift to the right ever so slightly whenever I rest my thumb on neutral position. It's really
hard to aim with precision if my aiming always goes to the right all the time. You can really notice this when you mess with the xbox sensitivity on the sticks via the xbox elite controller app. I mean, isn't this suppose to be an "Elite" controller? It's
been bothering me a whole lot but luckily I have an extra wired controller until I have to wait for a replacement.

Anyways, to the topic creator, you should be able to send in a replacement for the controller for free. It's still under warranty. Just make sure you have everything like the paddles, extra sticks, the plug-n-play wire, and d-pad when you return it.

The silver 360 controller with transforming d-pad for FPS and analog controlled games. The d-pad feels slightly better over the standard pad (still not great) and I like the analog sticks and how my thumb falls into the concave on top.

The Japanese Saturn controller for 2D side-scrolling and fighting games. I like the 3-over-3 button configuration and having an L/R is perfect for MAME/MESS (use it for credit/start).

Important If you do need to send your Xbox Elite Wireless Controller to our service center, do not send removable parts with your controller. They will not be returned to you. Keep all
the removable D-pads, paddles, and thumb sticks. You'll receive a replacement controller without these parts, so you'll need to use those original parts with the replacement controller.
