Repair Center Issues

Good day.

I just received my console back from the Repair Center, and it still doesn't work. This is the SECOND time. I'm getting quite concerned with the QC at this particular repair center, and how my xbox hasn't been repaired twice. Also, I seem to never get the original
xbox I send away back - I always get a different serial number back. Has anyone else experienced lackluster service, or am I just extremely unlucky?

E100 Error - Anyone Else???

The E100 error code indicates issues with updating the hardware, and the console will need to be submitted for repair through the Xbox Online Service Center

RRoD out of warranty

The only authorized repair center for the 360 is Microsoft's repair center. Any entity that says otherwise is incorrect.

I understand your frustration, but in this community answers forum there are only normal users like you and me.

We don't work at those repair centers and can't answer you these questions. Therefore I can only recommend you contact the official support via
https://support.xbox.com/contact-us

On the support website, click on the Xbox One. If the virtual assistant turns up, click on "See other options" under the green button. Then click under "Console & Accessories" on "Warranty, Service & Repair".

At the bottom of the page you should now see a grey "Show contact options" button.

Click on that, and depending on the time of day and times of operation of the support in your country, you can either chat with support through a text chat in your browser, or request a callback, where a support agent will call you on the phone, so you don't
have to wait in a phone loop.

I know you’re frustrated & upset but like others have said get in touch with support & they’ll help you out. Microsoft customer support is probably the beat i have ever dealt with.
