    Rep system makes no sense. GIVE ME A PHONE NUMBER TO CALL


    So I was avoid me reputation for about a month. I finally get it back up to needs works so I can FINALLY matchmake again. I play 4 games of gears of war 4 with my friend in an xbox live party, I then leave for four days after playing, and guess what? My
    rep is BACK TO AVOID ME FOR NO REASON! This is starting to become a joke and it's really making me mad not being able to play online on my account. Why can't there be a phone number we can call to talk to someone about this instead of getting the typical response
    of "that's not something we can deal with" whenever I call support!

    Thank you for being an actual help Jena. It didn't make sense to me either when a Microsoft rep told me to post here and put in a reference number. But I thought I'd give it a try.

    Unfortunately support cannot assist with rep issues. The only place to get info on rep is via

    enforcement.xbox.com    .
