Rep system abuse

The rep system on the 360 has always been flawed & isn't worth worrying about.

You can't get banned or suspended because of your rep.

If you have had accounts banned in the past then you must have actually done something that was against the ToU/CoC.

It is a bit different on the xbox one,if you rep there drops to "avoid me" then you will only be able to play with others with a similar rep until your rep goes back up.

If it was as flawed as you think then millions of people would be affected but they aren't.

So what you're saying is I should just report my teammates for unsportsmanlike behavior if I don't like their character? So if there's a junkrat on my team and he is doing more than our 76 who is feeding them I should report the junkrat because he's not
meta? There are thousands of these threads. Blizzard did away with the avoid player system on PC because it was abused. Are you saying xbox players are saints and would absolutely never report their team just because they were mad they lost?

If they work like a team and you don't you're report is invalid that's what you aren't getting

No matter what you need to work.with your team

There is no I in team

It isn't your opinion that counts but your communitys

Just like in real life you have no real.control over your rep

There is no police officer or principle who can reset your reputation in real.life what makes you think it's different online

You control your behaviour not anyone else

If others don't like it then the issue isn't them its you calling other players salty is bad sportmanship

You must have respect for your fellow playrrs

If you don't work with your team then your team will give you valid bad feedback

You can't say you are a good team player if your team says othersWise because it's their opinion of you that counts

Millions of players don't have rep issues because they behave just fine why can't you join the 99.9% of the online community

You have to be trolling or illiterate. I literally said I'm in team chat all the time. If nobody else joins team chat that's not my fault. Please explain where in my post there is anything that leads you to actually believe I've been unsportsmanlike in any
way. I switch heroes when I have to. That's working with the team as much as possible. If they don't want to communicate that's THEIR FAULT for being unsporting. You can't say reporting someone before a game has even started is valid.
