Rep issues

Hi there. i have been speaking with someone from the live chat support team today about my reputation on my account. In short the enforcement breakdown says I am a good player and I am in the green section on the graph yet these details are not updating
on my console and I am apparantly still in the 'avoid me' category despite the website saying otherwise. I think there is a clear issue. I would appreciate assistance from someone with further ability than the live chat person as they can only look so far
into my case and who said there is an issue and told me to post on here, many thanks.

I have a perfect record and i'm at avoid me. So how exactly would i contact them via enforcement.xbox.com. I have nothing to file a review for...

They won't respond any more on the forums, as they now do it through live chat. You'll need to go to
https://enforcement.xbox.com/ and see if you can open a case review.

 

There is no one from the enforcement team that monitors the forums and no one in the forums can provide any real assistance with this issue. Sometimes it does take a little time for things to sync up.

They don't tend to know how the enforcement team works

FYI your profile rep is your true rep

It only takes time for.the we page to update not the other way around

The clear issue is that the Enforcement page is not accurate regarding your rep.

Your console and Xbox.com profile ARE accurate. If your profile on the console or Xbox.com says your rep needs work or is avoid me then that is true. The Enforcement page can lag behind by 2 or 3 days or more, but it will eventually show what your console
shows.

As others said only you can change your rep. There is no help from Enforcement or Support for this as it isn't an Enforcement action like a suspension and Support doesn't deal with rep or suspensions.

 

I am aware only I can change my rep.. but if the enforcement page is lagging behind as you're suggesting then tell me how it shows a red period of 3 months and now I'm green again, yet the console changed to avoid me the next day after I was reported. But
now I have it back on green again by playing well and the console hasn't updated straight away like it did before? Something's very fishy... I've earned my good reputation back and apparently that's not enough clearly so I'm completely at a loss

 

FYI the console rep changed during July this year, as did the web page, just at the end of said month because the web updates at the end of each month. So if anything the console is lagging behind...?

 

Unfortunately, there is nothing anyone in the forums can do about the situation. The facts are the same and debating it here doesn't change it.
