Reoccurring Xbox One Loading Dashboard Issues on Start Up

Hello Community,

So I hope I'm not the only one with this issue, but let me describe it.

When I am using the FUNCTIONING XBOX One, I use the Voice Control "Xbox Turn Off" to shut it down. This works, no problem. The next day, i'll use the Voice Command "Xbox On" and it turns on, no problem.

But if I try to click on ANYTHING i.e. the settings, a game, notifications, etc.... essentially anything from the Dashboard screen, it makes the sound that I clicked it but nothing happens. It loads no content.

I HAVE THE SOLUTION.

If I do a HARD reset (hold xbox power button down for 10 seconds) it will reset hard and this fixes the problem.

BUT then after I play the Functioning system and have to turn it off again, the next day when i turn it on, the same issue is back. I'm having to do a hard reset on the console DAILY. This is a serious load up issue.

I've even tried to get rid of the quick start up feature, thinking its something with that, but even when i manually have to go to xbox off or touch the xbox button for off, i still have the same issue with it not loading the dashboard content, so since
neither of them work, i stick with the quick load.

To be clear, i can see the dashboard and the content, I just cant seem to get anything to load if i try to select it.

Since i think this is ridiculous to have to hard reset the console every time I want to play, I"m hoping their is a fix. I've unplugged the power from the wall and the power box. Its something with Start Up so more of a software issue.

Any directional help or maybe an update to fix this would be much appreciated!!

Xbox One Crash to Dashboard or failed Games Loading has Been Fixed

I haven't seen this problem myself but I have heard about it, I mean users on this board might have even encountered it. Let me break it down. The issue is when people try to load their Xbox One games they either crash back the the dashboard or fail to load at all. Well no worries because a fix has been found. It's worked for a lot of people but not everyone so if it's not working for you then contact Microsoft Support.

If you want one time subscriptions you need to buy prepaid subscription cards as the dashboard requires reoccurring payment method

 

This may sound stupid but have you made sure your Xbox One is connected directly to the wall for power, no surge protector or powerbrick/extensioncord in between ?

Since the Xbox One has a built in surge protector having the above connected in between the outlet and the xbox can cause issues.

 

It is plugged directly to the wall. The cord runs from the wall to the included surge protector/brick then to console.

This isn't a power issue as much as it is a software functioning issue. It starts up and shuts down fine. Power works. But the applications don't unless it's fully hard reset.
