I rented my Xbox live but I can't play online education it says: current profile is not allowed to play on Xbox life? Help!!

my xbox wont sign into my xbox live account at all, not even in offline mode, my account has recently just been renue also.

so i try to recover my account, i go through some steps, and after it says you will quit the current session all of a sudden it says theres and update. i try to do the update and my xbox wont complete it

i have had this account connected to this intertnet before, its all the same so i dont understand. any help would be greatful thanks

If you are totally sure that you got the membership on that specific profile, then you will need to contact support. In some weird cases the profile may not detect you have gold although you really have it.
