    How to download movie from Xbox Video on Xbox One?

    Until I am able to download movies via Xbox One, I will not be buying or renting any movies from the XB1 Video store. I'll use Fios for renting and purchase blurays until Xbox corrects this oversight.

    Hi, have you tried going back to the movie you have tried to download and see if you can download it again there?

    I would contact Microsoft. Click on support, scroll all the down then click contact us. They have chat and phone.
