    Rented Movie that won't play!


    Hello, is anyone else having problems viewing movies they've purchased via the Xbox One Store? I've rented a movie and now it can't play.

    There is a code: 0xc33607d9 and something about To play premium content , please ensure your build is signed with the official Microsoft Windows Production Certificate.

    Googled the code and nothing. Any help will be appreciated!

    Rented a movie on movies & tv that won't play. Tried all support options still no success. All owned movies play fine. And my time is counting down. Any ideas?

    Hey there Tin! Are you saying you rented two movies and it won't allow you to watch the first movie you rented? Will it let you watch the second movie? What error does it give you when you try to watch the first movie?

    Xbox 360 Movies and TV Narration enabled on purchased movies and cannot disable.

    This is getting ridiculous now... The movie I rented won't even play on my computer through Movies and TV. I had to watch it on Movies Anywhere which my account is associated with. You all need to get your act together and fix this.
