    Rented a movie that was in French?!


    I recently rented the movie “The Hustle” on the microsoft store from the New Releases Section. I watched all the trailers/previews and read the synopsis and it was ALL in English. So I rented the movie and when it started playing it was in French. I tried
    to find a way to switch it to English but had no luck. I requested a refund but was told it wasn’t eligible, has anyone else had this problem? Or has anyone been successful in getting a refund? Thanks!

    You can reply to the email that you were sent telling you that is was ineligible and explain again more fully about your situation and see if they will reverse their decision.

    I rented a movie, but it is in FRENCH.

    It appears that this movie was available only with a French soundtrack, despite the description and title being in English. The soundtrack information is displayed on the info page above the description and again on the left side of the screen where you
    confirm the purchase.

    With that said, we've now updated it to include the English soundtrack. However, you'll need to contact customer support directly by using the link onyx62is has posted above to discuss the possibility of a refund/repurchase.

    I rented a movie, but it is in FRENCH.

    If your region is in a french speaking country then the programming would normally default to that language.

    However, if you need help with the movie you will need to contact phone support for more assistance.
