Rent wrong language, can i change it ?

Video language can vary on your region, be sure that the region of your account is set to the correct locale. Have you tried turning on subtitles to see if they are included in your preferred language? If you're still unable to watch the content in your
preferred language I recommend reaching out to
Phone/Chat support to take a loo into your purchase.

I have a Xbox 1 and I am trying to rent a movie. When i try to rent a movie i get a notification that says that i can not buy or rent videos right now. The reason it gives me is that i need to be in the region for my xbox profile. After going online and
trying to change it my profile sets the language to the area that i am in. i do not understand the local language so is there any way i can change my region without changing the language setting?

Same problem here with the same movie. I wouldn't know which Asian language it's in but it's not in English like the trailer. My language setting is set to English (New Zealand) in preferences so shouldn't be happening.

no just gave up watching it. Not very enjoyable experience watching all the A-list actors with random Japanese voice overs. Felt like I was watching a knock-off or something.

I hired the same movie in english, it was fine... however we didn't watch all that night and decided to finish it the follwoing day, and when we resumed the last hour it started back in Japanese, No way we could find to change it back.

Did you manage to get it back to English?
