Rent videos

    I was able to rent and purchase videos and now I can's. Its says I need to change my region? I'm currently oversees in Okinawa, Japan. Please help

    Hey there Gore, can you give us some more detail so we can know what's going on? From what you've put I'm gonna type on what I think you're saying happened. If I'm wrong about any of it let me know.

    Sounds to me like you rented a movie but it wouldn't work (gave you an error of some sort)? You wait a bit (how long?) and tried again. When you tried again it said the video subscription had expired?

    If I'm correct (and again, please correct me if I'm wrong) then it sounds like you need to use the
    Contact Us page to set up a support call and speak with them about your refund options.

    Movie rental will not play

    All of the above! Just rented the movie and cannot watch it. I either have to purchase it or it says to rent it again at xBox store.

    License for this video has expired. To play it, rent it again at the xBox Video Store.
