Rent a center console

I returned my console to rent acenter without removing any of my info. What can I do now? scott b.

Some could agree with you LostKauz, but the difference between Rent a center and the Xbox deal, is you are paying about 140-150 dollars more for the Xbox and the 2 years service of Live. Which is what, an extra 50-55 percent increase on the total package.

Where as rent a center has a total mark up of about 300-400 percent total cost.

 

Change the password for your account. Also remove your device from your account.

Exactly as CrazY1985 said, change your account secruity info, and remove that device from your account.

If you are really concerned or would like to talk to someone in real time, you can contact customer supoprt

 

try to get back that console, or try deleting info there
