Buenos días, mi pregunta es que compre una renovación de la subscripción del gold para un año con 4 meses gratuitos del ultímate. Pues bien mirando en mi cuenta la subscripción me fijo que indica que se me acaba la subscripción del ultímate en septiembre
( contando dos meses que tenia ya en la cuenta del ultímate + los 4 gratis que me daban con la renovación para un año del gold) me cuadra que caduque en septiembre. Pero mi pregunta es por que no me aparece la información de la subscripción del gold que se
me caducaria en mayo del 2021?. Necesito que me lo aclaréis, gracias.

If you have ultimate and redeem a code for gold, it will convert that into ultimate time (12 months of gold become four months of ultimate) and that's it. The four months of ultimate are not a bonus included with a gold Subscription,
but it is the convertion rate.

When you have ultimate, that is the only active sub you can have and all the others are converted to that if you add more time since it already includes all the other subs (with a convertion rate based on the value of code you are redeeming).

You cannot remove a payment method off of your XBOX Live account until you a.) cancel automatic renewal and b.) you no longer have an XBOX Live Gold Membership.

Instructions to switch off automatic renewal are here.

To remove the credit card immediately you will need to contact phone support for your country/region.
