Criei um realm mês passado e quando fui renovar a assinatura pra continuar jogando, primeiro adicionei o dinheiro ao meu mercado pago, alguns dias antes da assinatura acabar. Quando chegou o dia, com o dinheiro já em conta, o google play atualizou automaticamente
a assinatura, mas quando entro no minecraft aparece que meu realm está expirado, msm já estando renovado. O que faço?

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We are sorry for the issue with realms. Unfortunately, we do not handle realm subscriptions here. You will need to reach out to
Mojang support. As this is a Mojang issue, I will be locking this thread.

Hi Problema con realms,

From the
Minecraft Realms menu within Minecraft, you can view a list of Realms that are available to you. Each Realm that you join first requires an invitation, indicated by the flashing mail icon. Once accepted, that player's Realm will be available to you. Be
sure that you have the latest public release of the game.

A Realm's current status is indicated by the colored dot next to it: green means that the Realm is open and available to join, yellow shows that it expires soon and red indicates that the Realm has expired or has been closed by the owner.

If you're having trouble accepting invites or joining Realms, be sure that you are not using a modded game client, and are not using a resource pack that does not contain textures for the Realm buttons. If you are, switch to the standard Minecraft game
client, click Options, click Resource Packs, then return to the default.
