    My gold ran out today, i have over 10 pound in my Microsoft account but yet it still wont let me select it as a payment option? (to by 1 months gold that costs 5.99) Anyone know how to resolve this?

    This is weird. Apparently renewing my Gold subscription fixed the problem.

    Hello, my XBOX Gold kept renewing with me knowing, and now im in debt with Microsoft with the amount close to 40$ What should I do? I barely use my XBOX and it kept renewing.

    Sorry but currency cannot be used to purchase Live time. You'll either need to use an alternate payment method or head to your local gaming store to purchase a Live card.

    Check your Xbox Gold subscription. Mine was on auto-renew but was reissued a credit card by my bank with a new number. So, the renew failed and gold expired.

    Xbox home screen keeps telling me to renew my gold even after I bought 12 month live code and renewed it a few days ago.

    My account shows the same thing. I purchased my Gold online in Dec of 2014, and renewed it the day it expired on Dec 1, 2015 (online). I can get the free games on Gold, but it keeps telling me "Time to renew your Gold"

    No, it won't.... I make all my purchases on xbox with a debit card and use codes for my gold subscription. In my subscription details it says auto-renew isn't on.
