Renewing my 12-month subscription

My Xbox live 12 month membership comes to a end tomorrow Jan 1st.

Can I enter the new code a day early Dec 31st.

Also I have a home Xbox and another Xbox in my kids room, which one do I enter the new code into.

The Home Xbox or the other one or don't make a difference.

You renew the subscription on the account that has it. It does not matter which console you use. You can redeem the code on any device really, as long as it has access to the Xbox account the subscription is on.

Yes you can redeem the code early if you wish, it will just add on to what you already have.

If you have a renewing 12 months subscription and wish to redeem 12 months PPC, they can just cancel the current 12 months and waive off the renewal charge for you to redeem the code. Please contact Xbox Customer Support to process it for you.

So if i cancel my Gamepass subscription will it give back my 12 months of gold?

No, it will not give you back the 12 months. By cancelling your GamePass Ultimate subscription, it will not renew after 15/05/2020.

The 12 month voucher has been redeemed against Ultimate in line with terms and conditions of the subscription.

i think my 12 month membership expired on ruthlesspolak69 i was going to renew it * i have a new 12 month pre paid card already* but haven't because id like to address this. I got the xbox brand new and i just wanted to tie the gamertag to this email address.
after my first months free subscription i added a 12 month subscription card directly thro my xbox.

There is a specific time period for our subscription, and there is an expiration date. Let's say you purchased 12 months subscription, it will expire after 12 months.

But it kept renewing and expired in February eventhough I bought it In July
