Renewed XBL Gold to get "The Cave" for free, but it still shows up as $14.99.

I just renewed my Xbox LIVE Gold membership to get the current free game, "The Cave", but that game is not showing up as free when I go to claim it, despite it being advertised as "FREE" for Gold members on the main listing. It still shows up as $14.99.

This is also true of the next free game, "Rayman Origins". Both games are showing up as full price.

I was able to get "Outlast" and "World of Van Helsing: Deathtrap" for free, no problem.

Games with Gold question

I wanted to get Mirrors Edge before it left the free with gold offer. I had to add a payment method as my old one was not there or out of date. How can I tell if it did not charge my card for the 14.99? I still see it as 'free' on the GWG page but now
instead of price or free it says purchased. I looked and I cannot tell if it was still considered free or was my CC charged the 14.99? if it was charged the 14.99 it would show up right the fact that it did not means I was able to get it for free? sorry

Renewed Gold sub before renewal date. Just receieved email saying sub canceled.

My sub to gold was due to expire yesterday. I renewed it for 12 months on 29th Sept - plenty of time before expiration.

My profile shows me as still being a gold member, but this morning I received an email saying my sub had expired as I had filed to renew it. I know my profile still shows me as gold at the minute, but now I'll have to keep an eye on it all weekend and see
if it changes.

Is this normal for automated emails to arrive even when a sub is renewed? I don't recall it ever happening in the past and I'm in year 7 of being a gold member now. Thanks.

 

Never mind, both "The Cave" and "Rayman Origins" showed up as free eventually.
