Renewed XBL for 12 months, but cannot obtain GWG

Hi renewed my XBL with a 12 month subscription. However, I cannot obtain any of the games with gold for free, and the system prompts me to either pay for the item, or sign up for XBL.

I am NOT in the insider program, and I have attempted to obtain the GWG from both the website, and through my console with the same result. I have also checked my Microsoft account and it also acknowledges and lists that I am currently on a 12 month subscription
to XBL Gold.

I have already been on chat with support for the better part of the day and I am continually told to go to different forums to resolve this, only to have those agents tell me the same thing, or recommend the exact same things to try to solve it. I paid for
a 12 month subscription and I expect to get everything that is supposed to come with that.

Please resolve this issue. Please don't tell me to post in another **** forum. This is the 4th time I've posted about this damn problem and I keep being told to repost somewhere. FIX THIS.

Sorry to hear about the issue. Unfortunately this is an issue that we're unable to assist with over the forums publicly as it requires account details to be exchanged. We recommend specifically reaching out to our phone support team through our
Contact Us page, as they may need to remove Xbox Live Gold from your Xbox Live profile and add it back on. Feel free to provide that information to the agent you're working with to avoid
further issues.

In order to get bc titles even thru gwg you still need a payment option on file

as it still counts as a 0.00 purchase

Unless you absolutely sure it is asking you to join Xbox live also
