    Renewed XBL for 12 months, but cannot obtain GWG


    Hi renewed my XBL with a 12 month subscription. However, I cannot obtain any of the games with gold for free, and the system prompts me to either pay for the item, or sign up for XBL.

    I am NOT in the insider program, and I have attempted to obtain the GWG from both the website, and through my console with the same result. I have also checked my Microsoft account and it also acknowledges and lists that I am currently on a 12 month subscription
    to XBL Gold.

    I have already been on chat with support for the better part of the day and I am continually told to go to different forums to resolve this, only to have those agents tell me the same thing, or recommend the exact same things to try to solve it. I paid for
    a 12 month subscription and I expect to get everything that is supposed to come with that.

    Please resolve this issue. Please don't tell me to post in another **** forum. This is the 4th time I've posted about this damn problem and I keep being told to repost somewhere. FIX THIS.

    Renewed Xbox Live - Rewards, GWG will not recognize status

    In order to get bc titles even thru gwg you still need a payment option on file

    as it still counts as a 0.00 purchase

    Unless you absolutely sure it is asking you to join Xbox live also

    If you add a 12 month prepaid code to you account you will have 12 months + 14 days of XBL gold. After that it will charge your card again on the one month auto-renewal. If you want to turn off the auto-renew
    call customer support and have them turn it off. It's a simple, five minute phone call most days.

    If you don't obtain the game when was available on GWG. It's really hard to a game to return again to GWG catalog.

    yes, I have tried to obtain the items from the website and I run into the same problem: even though my profile lists and confirms I have a 12 month subscription, the website will not allow me to obtain GWG for free - it says that I must pay or signup

    I'm getting annoyed at this. I was dealing with the Xbox support via twitter and then chat on the website for the better part of a day, only for them to tell me to come here and ask to be removed... only for you to tell me it's not an issue and go over the
    same fixes I've tried countless times.

    I want this issue resolved. I've paid for a 12 month subscription and i expect to get everything that comes with the subscription, not to be run around by the support with an issue no one can seem to fix.
