Renewed Gold, still telling me to renew

This is why advertisements on a home screen is [Mod Removed – Profanity]. How do I get rid of this? It's been weeks.

Gold membership

i renewed my gold subscription 2 days ago and its still showing the message on the dashboard telling me to renew my subscription, did i do something wrong???

 

"Stay Gold, renew now" message still up

ive recently renewed my Xbox Live Gold subscription, but the message on the home screen telling me to renew is still displayed. is there any way to get my home screen back to simply displaying deals and new games?

 

have you tried redownloading yourprofile or power cycling the console?

 

try removing the account from the console, doing a hard restart, hold the power button for 10 seconds while the system is on, and then re-adding the account

 

I would redownload the profile as that might refresh everything.

Aside from
removing a Microsoft account on Xbox One and downloading it back onto the console, make sure to check the

Services and Subscriptions. It will show if the subscription is active and that there is no problems
