Renewed 12 month Gold, not showing.

My old Gold expired so today I bought through the Xone 12month new period. All good and did show in the Xbox after purchase. Valid through 23/06/2015.

Just started the Box to play and it says I have no Live Gold?! Talked to support and he told me to remove the profile and sign in again, did not help.

He can see its all good, payed and all but does not show. Same thing on xbox.com under account.

On MS commerce page all looks fine:

GOLD membership issues

My account is showing that I do not have a gold membership but it was renewed with a 12 month membership only 10 days ago.

Any ideas/suggestions?

My account is showing that I do not have a gold membership but it was renewed with a 12 month membership only about 3 months ago. I was online today but suddenly wont let me on. Any ideas?

 

I expect it will just take a bit of time for the system to update your account.

 

Probably, was just strange that it showed in the xbox menu that i had gold for another year just after i bought it, then it was gone some hours after. I just have to wait and see.

Yes, finally. After one hour with the MS Support chat (a helpfull woman, Lulu) she finally had to cancel my gold i bought via the xbox one and send me a code to redeem instead. It now works.

No one knows for sure but probably has to do with me changing the country region some months ago when I moved, system is confused.
