renewal xbox live did not give me rewards

Greetings, renew my membership in November and I do not see the rewards of credit rewards as they were eventually depositing and I see the policy change tampco and I have been about 4 continuous years of xbox live, could you review it?

Xbox Live Rewards Renewal

Hi,

I am unsure if this is the correct forum subsection to post this in, but I recently renewed my Xbox Live membership on my 360 for 12 months; however, I have not been given credit for my renewal from Xbox Live Rewards. Did Xbox Rewards remove renewal rewards,
or did I just not receive proper credit?

Haven't Received 12-Month subscription Bonus on XBox Rewards.

I've been hearing problems with the Xbox Live Rewards and I recently noticed that I had not received points for renewing for the year.

I had renewed my XBox Live Gold Membership back in March, 2013. I have reviewed my points received and noticed I did get 10 Reward Points. However as stated on XBox Live Rewards website, 10 Reward Points is equivalent to a 1-Month Renewal. 200 Reward Points
would have been the proper amount for my 12-Month Renewal.

I was wondering why its not giving me the Rewards promised and if I was ever going to be receiving these points.

For help with the rewards program, it's best to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

If you already a XBOX LIVE rewards member and did not over laped. You will recived the 12 mos renewed rewards in a few days. It automatic and no need some kind of paper to show that you did. But you might be talking diffrent progame.

You do qualify for Rewards points for making LIVE Gold renewals, but I believe that is 200 points for a 12 month renewal. There was a promotion for 600 MSP for renewing Gold. May I ask, how did you renew recently? Let me know and I'll have a better idea
of what promotion you qualified for. Thanks!

Same for me. I renewed my Gold but xbox live keeps giving me advertisements saying its time to renew your GOLD.

Sorry you're having issues with your rewards. How did you renew, and did you use a promotion? Below is from the FAQ page here.

Q. My Xbox Live Rewards account is not recognizing my Xbox Live Gold membership. What should I do?

A. Xbox Live Rewards can only recognize paid monthly or yearly standard, non-promotional Xbox Live Gold memberships. If you have a different type of membership, we may not be able to recognize you as an Xbox Live Rewards Gold member.
