renewal time for xbox live gold

Same for me. I renewed my Gold but xbox live keeps giving me advertisements saying its time to renew your GOLD.

Users of Prepaid Live Gold memberships will be credited upon actual renewal date, defined as the time the previous membership would have expired.

If you still have 14 days of Xbox Live gold on your account and you redeem a 12 month Xbox Live gold code then you will NOT be billed even if you have auo renew on. You will only be billed if you have auto renew on and do not have any Xbox Live gold time
left on your account.

So basically, if you've already redeemed 4 3 month cards during the last 12 months, you are only able to earn a maximum of 120 points. That could explain why you are missing points.

I just want to renew my gold membership on xbox live ,but because i live in the UK it will not let me, what a waste of time,
