    I am trying to renew my subscription to Solitaire Premium (no ads)....one year for $14.99. When I click the link for that renewal I cannot get to the next page/link......I have tried numerous times. Any suggestions/help?

    Is there a monthly subscription for Xbox Live on Xbox One? How much is it?

    You can buy a 12 month auto renewal for $60. Monthly auto renewal is $9.99.

    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it looks like you're trying to renew your subscription to solitaire premium. If it's currently not working thru that web browser have you tried going thru a different one? As well are you trying to make the
    purchase thru your phone/PC/Laptop? Please let us know so we may further assist you.

    I do not understand ... then I have to wait for it to renew? and when it was renewed ... they took money from my card and it still keeps asking me to renew that subscription, I'm scared that I lost that money and the subscription won't be renewed
    ... I want the subscription renewed or my money ... it is incredible that this happens, because I took that charge if it was not going to be renewed

    i renewed with a card i bought in store and it was a 12 month renewal card - oh and it was on the 1st of march i renewed too :) oooo

    Deleting payment option

    You need to turn off your auto-renew first, then try removing the expired card. As long as the account is still set to auto-renew you will need to have a card for it to renew to. If you wish to keep the auto-renew on then you need to change the card it renews
    to first before removing the old card. Hope this helps.

    Why get rid of Gold Family?

    Mine auto renewed in February, I've talked to friends who have also had theirs renew recently, Friends without auto renew selected can't rebuy. So it seems it renewed if set to auto, and you lost it if it wasn't.

    Because to renew you need a renewable payment option

    Currency is not a renewable payment option

    All dashboard deals require a renewable payment option as they are subscriptions

    If you want pay as you go you must use prepaid subscription cards
