Renew XBL Ad/Wrong Length Of Tenure

So I had to renew my XBL subscription by Sept. 5th and I did, I renewed it for a year like I always do a few days before it expired. I set it up so it'll be annual and it says it will renew next year 9/5/2015, so everything should be correct. However both
my Xbox One and Xbox 360 are telling me to renew my XBL subscription for it's too late, time is running out. The same ad or whatever you want to call it has been there for almost a month now, quite annoying to keep seeing them when it's already been renewed.
Not only that but on the Xbox 360 it says my tenure is 4 years which is correct, but my Xbox One lists it as 3 years. Neither issue is major but they're really annoying. Any way to fix this?

Xbox live Gold

However, at the beginning of the 360's run tenure was cancelled out if you lost your Gold membership for any length of time. It has only been within the last few years (since 2009) that tenure was kept stored if you reverted to silver for a length of time.

Xbox Live tenure on Xbox One gone?

It will come back in a month or so, if you didn't renew for about a week it's likely you're tenure will disappear. If you did not renew for a long period of time your tenure will restart

 

I have the same/similar issue. My xbox live gold has been renewed until next year, but my home screen keeps saying "time is running out" and "don't lose gold."

 

Bump, been two weeks since I renewed still wrong.
