Renew No Ads

In order to assist you properly please tell me:
Is this happening on Windows or phone?
Your previous subscription expired today or is this the first time that you want to purchase the subscription / when your subscription expired?

And what did you tried so far to fix this
In that way I can advise you different things or how to proceed

Lets try and double check this:

A.

Open Settings, click Update and Security and then Windows Update

Click Check for Updates

Click the Download and Install Now option, if available (Install optional updates as well)

Also, check the Microsoft Store for any updates on the Xbox apps and its services and update everything too. (Click on get updates)

Now, sign out from your account on both Xbox app and Microsoft Store and do this:

Go to windows settings > apps > search for Xbox app > click on it and select advanced options.

After that, click repair and then reset. Repeat the steps but this time for Solitaire Collection

Finally do this:

Step 1: Open the Run window by pressing Windows + R key.

Step 2: Input WSReset.exe in the Run window and click OK.

Step 3: Then a command prompt window will appear. After a few seconds, Windows Store will open.

Sign in again on both Microsoft store and Xbox app with your account. Open the game and try to renew your subscription

If maybe the subscription renewal fails, please tell me what's the message that you're receiving (feel free to share an screenshot, but don't forget to conceal personal information)

Yes I am trying to renew my previous subscription. I updated my info and it is still showing ads. It's windows desktop

Are you renewing it through the ad itself or somewhere else?

In the rewards program, when you renew a gold membership the points are not added to the pending list until the actual date of the renewal. For example, if you had gold when you added the new membership and that gold doesn't end until July 15 you will not
see those points added to the pending list until the 15th.
