Renew gold get a free 10$ gift card ? Haven't received gift card

Just recently bought gold through my Xbox one for the advertising of the 10 dollar gift card and it hasn't gave me it, and when I'm on the menu it still says if I want to renew my gold, like if didnt purchase the gold ... how do I fix that and redeem my
gift card ?

$10 Xbox card promotion for Xbox live gold

Today, I bought Xbox live gold after i clicked the advertisment that said get a $10 Xbox gift card when you Renew xbox live gold. I redeemed my membership code under the redeem code option. The code was for 3 months of Xbox live gold. I have not received
the xbox gift card for $10 yet. Please help!

 

Bought Battlefield 1 and haven't received $10 gift card promotion

I ordered Battlefield 1 with the promotion of receiving a free $10 Microsoft Store gift card within 10 business days of the game's release (October 21st) and I still have not received my gift card.

If you used a trial that's not going gold

Trials only give tsmlorary multiplayer access

Using any prepaid code voids the deal also as you didn't purchase the subscription

Prepaid codes are previous sales counted when you bought it from the retailer

The only way ri get promotions on the dashboard is to buy it with a billing option

 

I actually did buy a gold I bought it through the dashboard where it had the promotional deal

If the purchase was successful, you should receive the code in about 4 weeks.

 

It must be with a credit card or bankcard or paypal

As mentioned a prepaid code doesn't count

 

Yeah it was from my debit card I talked to a representative and she saw my purchase

 

It says I am I made the purchase of Feb 12 2016
