Removing Xbox Live Membership

Can someone please help me in removing my membership from Xbox Live?

I've cancelled it on the website and it says with my account that there are no more subscriptions yet I am still being charged.

I've been to the bank and they say that they are unable to remove this and I'll need to contact Xbox about the problem, but it seems near impossible...

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Removing payment options:
support.xbox.com/.../remove-xbox-live-payment-option

Important You can’t remove a credit card that is associated with an active Xbox LIVE membership. If you try to remove the credit card associated with an active Xbox LIVE membership, you will be prompted to add a new payment option for your membership.

If you don’t want to add another payment method, call Xbox Support for help removing your payment method. When you call, please have your gamertag and payment information available.

You need to add another form of payment before you remove an older one. Here is the steps on how:

The payment instrument that is tied to a membership cannot be removed until the membership has gone through it's term. I suggest disabling autorenew for the 1 Month membership, and then when the membership ends, the PayPal account can be removed.

In the future, try considering a prepaid Xbox Live card which can be applied to an account without needing to attach a payment instrument.
