    so I purchase a used xbox360 for my kids at a pawn shop and went to play one of my old games on it and realized why they always said most of their movies and games wouldnt play. The previous user set the HIGHEST level of parental controls and I have no idea
    what the password is nor have any info on previous owner. Somebody help me lol

    Hey there Jam! I understand you are being prompted for a parental account when accepting the Terms of Use. I'm a little confused, you said phone support was able to return the parent account information to you, but you are still unable to accept the TOU?
    Are you getting an error when putting in that information?

    If your account still has inappropriate information on it due to it being compromised, you'll need to contact phone support again to help sort that out. Please let us know how that goes, thanks!
