Removing someone from my family who does not exist

there is a profile that is under my Xbox family that does not exist. There is not a profike for him and I can not remove him because if I click on him nothing shows up. I am assuming that I have to be on a parent account, but i cannot be added to a family
because I am already in one with the non existant member.

Secondary Family Member should be able to add points

No, adding someone to a family pack takes their gold months and adds 1 month to the family plan for every 2 months left on their account.

Removing someone from the plan does not grant these months back, making them silver.

And yes, they can redeem points cards, just not use a credit card.

I'm sort of having this problem as well. An old parent account I made during the creation of my account has me added to their family and I have no way of accessing this account because I believe that it has been deleted due to the 365 days thing. Currently
have 40 quid in my account and can't buy anything because I can't change any of my settings because I can't access that parent account.

That does not work. It says

"Family members under statutory age need an adult's consent to join a family group. Only the adult that granted consent for Adam can remove this family member. Ask the family organiser who granted Adam consent to remove Adam from the family group."

However, that is me and my email address. I've logged out again and logged back in and it makes no difference. I even tried the "reclaim the adult account" - it goes straight back to my login.

Hi, my issue is that I have been assigned to a family with someone I don't know, so it's impossible to get removed from the family. I must be a child account since I can't access any multiplayer games or remove myself from the family.
