Removing Parental Controls

Hello, I have been trying to remove parental controls from my xbox one account and cannot figure out how. I know that I have to get onto my parents account and remove it but I can't figure out what for sure is my parent account. When I set up my xbox one
I created a separate account that I do not use for xbox live. That separate account was the first account that was on my xbox so does that make it my parent account? Now if it is that brings up another problem. I completely forgot most the information for
the account. I have no idea what the email was that I used to set it up and doubt that I have any means of recovering it due to the lack of information I have on it. So is there someway I can manually remove my live account from the family with the first account
I created? And if there isn't is there some other way to remove parental controls?

Removing Parental Controls

So I had parental controls put on my account when I was 16, now I'm 18 and they haven't gone away. I can't access my own account because the parental email used is now completely deleted. How do I actually log on to my account, and then how do I remove the
parental restrictions?
