Removing EA from xbox account.

This is going to be a tough one. So on my EA account I have my Xbox not linked to it. On the Game Pass Ultimate it just says to manage the account. But I cant manage something that isn't connected. Ive tried on EA's end but none of them could help me there (talked to 4 different people) and nobody could figure it out. I tried Linking it to EA and I just get hit with an error. I even tried uninstalling everything and reinstalling it and even that didn't work. I even used a different device and internet to link them and it still wouldn't work. I'm just starting to lose faith with all of this and I have no idea what to do anymore. I even tried connecting completely different accounts and it still wouldn't let me link Xbox to EA. They are thinking its on Xbox's side. But I have no idea.

I have checked the link and the only thing linked to it is my Steam account nothing else. When I try to install a game Through the Xbox app I just get "something went wrong to continue linking your EA Account, head back and start over" And when i try to link it on the EA website I just get "connect_error_social_login_failure" and it tells me to reset the password But changing the password doesn't do anything and I just get the same message again. When i go my account in the settings from the XBOX app and click manage for EA nothing at all happens. I'm thinking that it is an EA problem but they don't want to admit to it. I don't know what to do anymore or who to talk to about this. I'm sorry for being such a bother. I'm just really confused about it all.

I finally got something new but it says my Xbox account is already connected to another EA account. But my account isn't connected to anything that I know of. It was connected to my EA account a while back when I had Origin. But I removed it for some weird reason that I cant even remember. I wonder if that is my problem? I don't think it would be though. But since I have something new I will talk with EA again. I hope it takes me to a place where I can fix this issue once and for all. I'm going to pray my little heart out and hope they can fix it. If not I will be back lol.

Going back, kindly install an EA Desktop App. It you have it installed already kindly go to “Friends” tab and then “Import friends” click the Xbox Live icon and sign in to your Xbox profile.
