Removing ban

    Removing ban


    If I'm already chat banned how can I get reported for harassment and I can't talk nor text anybody. That doesn't make any since.

    Support have given you the incorrect information.

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    Filing for a case review is the only way to contact them.

    Not all enforcement action is eligible for a case review.

    There is nothing anyone on the forums can do.

    i was on the phone with support they told me to do this so they could escalate it as its not letting me submit a case review

    For information about your ban and to see about submitting a case review, you'd need to go to
    http://enforcement.xbox.com Investigations take time so the suspension could be for something that took place weeks or months ago.

    You are responsible for your account & everything that happens on it.

    As the enforcement team do not use the forums you would need to go to the enforcement site
    here where you can file for a case review if eligible.

    If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint on the other person via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate them. Calling out other gamers is not allowed on the forums.
