    Removing account from family error


    I never post in forums. But I am desperate at this point. I had my Microsoft account set up when I was a child on xbox. To make a long story short, I am now able to remove myself from the family and be my own account. Simple right? All I have to do is log
    on to the previous adult account and remove myself from family. Well, here is where all hell broke loose. After removing myself from the family, I tried logging into my account on xbxo and it said "You need an adult to continue." So I was forced to rejoin
    my previous adult family and I am unable to break off that account without an issue rising. Now, I cant even go onto google chrome on my computer! A message pops up, "You need to ask permission from an adult" and I clicked on "ask by email" (just because I
    was trying all options), and it said "sorry, something went wrong" with a trace id of
    Trace ID: 0yzC8S7p0kKnF3fi.8.1 . I have called customer service multiple times and they gave me the most generic ways to solve it. They do not know how to solve this issue. I am desperate for a fix to this. Please help me!

    grant allowance to secondary family member not working

    No error messages. It said the points were transferred successfully. But no points have appeared on the secondary account. I even tried removing the account from the family pack, waited 5 days and I am trying right now but still no luck.

    Parental consent removal from Microsoft family account

    This page here should have details on how to remove a child from your Microsoft Account family. That covers doing
    it via the browser or on an Xbox One console. With that, once the child is removed from a family, they should be able to be added to another family account.

    Let us know if you're getting any errors or problems during that process.

    Here is how you leave the family plan

    Sign into Xbox LIVE on your console.

    Go to Settings, and select Account.

    Select Leave Gold Family Pack.

    If there is an error on leaving, then the parent account has to do it first then you can do it as instructed above.

    On your console, sign in to Xbox LIVE with the primary account for the Gold Family Pack.

    Go to Settings, and select Family.

    Select the member you want to remove from the Gold Family Pack.

    Select Remove From Gold Family Pack.

    Are you following these steps?

    Remove yourself from a Gold Family Pack

    As a secondary Gold Family Pack member, you can remove yourself from the Gold Family Pack. Removing yourself from the Gold Family Pack downgrades your membership to an Xbox LIVE Free Membership, and you lose access to all Gold Membership features.

    If you have a child account, you can remove your account from a Family Pack, however, you’ll have to add another parent account the next time you sign in.

    Leave a Gold Family Pack

    1. On your console, sign in to Xbox LIVE with the secondary account you want to delete.
    2. Go to Settings, and then select Account.
    3. Select Leave Gold Family Pack.
    4. Confirm the change.

    Switching from Family Plan to regular Gold

    Hello sir. You could keep all the membership yourself by removing profiles in the plan. This can be done by following this steps:

    Console steps: Remove a member from a Gold Family Pack

    On your console, sign in to Xbox LIVE with the primary account for the Gold Family Pack.

    Go to Settings, and then select Family.

    Select the member you want to remove from the Gold Family Pack.

    Go to Account Management, and then select Remove From Gold Family Pack.

    Follow the on-screen instructions to remove the member from the Gold Family Pack. When prompted, confirm the removal.

    Computer steps: Remove a member from a Gold Family Pack

    Go to the Family Center.

    Hover over a family member, and then click Remove from Family.
