Removing account access on an inaccessible system.

I recently just went through a personal situation in which I had my X-box account on a former friend's system. I have no communication with them and access to that console. I get the occasional message that I need to resign in when loading up Halo infinite on PC. Aside from the annoyance of having to manually sign in on occasion. I'd like to make sure that my account cannot be accessed on that console.

You may need to change your password to sign out your account on all devices.

To do so simply sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/security.

Xbox accounts that have not been accessed over a certain period of time get removed. While you may be able to see them and their details when searching for them, they will be inaccessible. I think that the cut off is 5yrs. I could be wrong about the specific length of time but if you haven't logged in to the Xbox account since 2015/2016, then that account is likely gone.

Based on your description, you are an adult however, you are seeing a notification for notifying your parents about your activity. We would like to ask for few details:

May we know if you have been added to a Microsoft Family group by your parents/guardians?
May we know if you remove yourself from Microsoft Family group or an organizer (parents/guardians) performed it?
Can you manage your account on Xbox settings? Please use these settings: Xbox account | Settings
